SWIMMING PROGRAMS

Individual Instruction will be available by appointment via a separate booking and payment system.

YOUTH (YTH)

Focused on a year-round (42-44 weeks a year) competition program for swimmers practicing up to 6x per week. 

Emphasis is placed on both stroke technique and training. This program allows swimmers to participate in other sports besides their summer focus sport of swimming.

SENIOR (SNR)

Focused on year-round senior program (44-50 weeks a year),

Athletes in this group have chosen swimming as their primary extra-curricular activity while training between 6 -10 times per week. 

These Swimmers have the necessary talent and desire while being provided with a training program designed for success in national and international level competition. This group has standards in attendance, practice performance, and meet performance.

Athletes must maintain at least 90% attendance.

SENIOR LONG DIST (SLD)

Year-round senior program for 44-50 weeks a year.

Focused on high level triathletes, open water swimmers and multisport athletes.

Only train in the mornings 4x per week.

MULTI SQUAD (MULIT)

Term base program for swimmers of 13 year or older, practicing 2-3 x per week.

Our Multi-Squad swimming program provides an avenue for anyone from beginner to more advanced, who are looking to stay in shape, improve their health or train for multi-sport triathlon competitions and/or water polo.

Ability level 6 x 100 free @ 2min

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

PRIME LAP

Term based program for swimmers of 13 year or older, practicing 1 x per week.

It is mainly freestyle based and focuses on improving technique and fitness. These sessions are great for high-school swimmers and young adults who want to improve their speed and ability. Waterpolo players, pentathlete, triathletes and any other swimmers who want to be apart of these fun and exciting swim practices are welcome.

All abilities are welcome. The mileage is around 2kms per session, but is adapted to the swimmers’ abilities.
