SWIMMING PROGRAMS

Individual Instruction will be available by appointment via a separate booking and payment system.

PRIME LAP

Term based program designed for swimmers aged 13 and older. Practicing 1x per week.

It primarily focuses on freestyle swimming, with an emphasis on improving technique and overall fitness. These sessions are ideal for high school swimmers and young adults looking to enhance their speed and performance. Water polo players, pentathletes, triathletes and other swimmers are all welcome to join these fun and engaging practices.

Each session covers approximately 2km, with adjustments made to suit individual ability levels. Please note that this is not a learn-to-swim program.

MOM'S & DAD'S (MaD)

Term base program for swimmers, practicing 2x per week after dropping the kids at school but before having to be at work.

Each session covers approximately 2km, with adjustments made to suit individual ability levels. Please note that this is not a learn-to-swim program.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

MULTI SQUAD

Term base program for swimmers of 13 year or older, practicing 2-3x per week.

Our Multi-Squad swimming program provides an avenue for anyone who are looking to stay in shape, improve their health or train for multi-sport triathlon competitions, masters swimming or water polo.

Each session covers approximately 2-3km. Ability level 6 x 100 free @ 2min
